A Singaporean Street Food Weekend

Hyatt Regency Petrovsky Park is continuing its weekend gastronomic world tour with a stop in Singapore.

This weekend’s set menu is Singaporean street food, but you don’t have to go outside to get it. It will be delivered to your apartment May 22-24.

The set includes Popiah (something like spring rolls) with chicken, beef and vegetables; barbecued Sambal Stingray (fish coated in a spicy sauce, wrapped in a banana leaf and grilled); Laksa (rice noodles in a spicy coconut curry soup with shrimp, fish cakes, egg and chicken); Singapore Hokkien Mee (stir-fried noodles with a rich prawn sauce, sambal chili and lime); Chili Crab served with roti prata (crispy flatbread); Satay (grilled beef and chicken served with rice cake, peanut sauce and cucumber chili); Longtong (spongy rick cake cooked in a rich curry sauce with vegetables and egg); and Singaporean fried rice.

After rolling away from the table, you can enjoy your Singaporean dessert: mango sago  (a kind of tapioca pudding with coconut milk).

The set for two costs 3,500 rubles and includes a non-alcoholic Singapore sling.
