Customer service centers of Gazprom Gazoraspredeleniye Far East in Khabarovsk and Komsomolsk-on-Amur returning to work

As the restrictive measures taken in response to the coronavirus threat in the Khabarovsk Territory have been partially lifted, the customer service centers of Gazprom Gazoraspredeleniye Far East in Khabarovsk and Komsomolsk-on-Amur are going to resume their work with citizens on issues concerning gas supply and gas grid expansion on June 15.

Between March 30 and June 15, the company’s specialists did not receive visitors in person so as to prevent the spread of COVID-19, but most of the issues relating to gas supply, maintenance and repair of gas equipment, and gas grid expansion could be settled via remote service centers of Gazprom Gazoraspredeleniye Far East.

In order to maintain a favorable sanitary and epidemiological situation, the company’s employees have been provided with all the required guidance. They also undergo daily temperature screenings and use personal protective equipment in their work.

“To prevent the further spread of the coronavirus, a face mask requirement has been imposed at the Customer Service Centers of our company. We ask our customers to treat these safety measures with understanding, and thus to wear masks and maintain social distancing,” said Ksenia Silinskaya, head of the customer service of Gazprom Gazoraspredeleniye Far East.

The company’s remote service centers will also continue their work after the self-isolation restrictions are completely lifted. Customers can use the remote services on the website to report gas meter readings, pay gas bills, query the date of scheduled maintenance of the gas equipment in houses and apartments, apply for a wide range of paid and free services, and ask any questions regarding gas supply and gas grid expansion.
