ROSATOM is going to be a global partner of the 25th World Energy Congress (WEC 2022) which will be held in Saint-Petersburg on October 24-27, 2022 (EXPOFORUM). The event Organizer is ROSCONGRESS.
The World Energy Congress is the major event of the World Energy Council. The Congress is held once in three years and brings together international energy sector leaders, heads of ministries and agencies, experts and scientists, heads of public and intergovernmental organizations, representatives of business community and world mass media. The main topic of WEC 2022 is ‘Energy for Humanity’.
ROSATOM is expected to demonstrate an exhibition and a delegation led by Director General Aleksey Likhachev will take part in main events of the Congress. According to the business program, the main focus will be on discussion of different aspects of the global energy transition, prospects of sustainable development in energy and achievement of climatic neutrality.
