Message to the Media
Dear members of the media and representatives of investment and finance companies,
Gazprom’s annual General Shareholders Meeting will take place at the EXPOFORUM Convention and Exhibition Centre in St. Petersburg (64/1 Peterburgskoye Shosse) on June 28, 2019, starting at 10:00 am (Moscow time).
A press center for the accredited members of the media and representatives of investment and finance companies will be open at the EXPOFORUM from 09:00 am (Moscow time), with a livestream of the event.
In addition, camera crews will be allowed to film the official opening of the Meeting.
The Meeting will be followed by the final Press Conference.
Please note that the speech by the Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee at the Shareholders Meeting and the final Press Conference will be broadcast online in Russian and English at www.gazpromvideo.ru, as well as at the phone numbers

Applications for accreditation from the media and investment and finance companies must be submitted up to and including June 17. Each application must be sent to info@gazprom.ru in the form of a scanned PDF copy of a letter on the respective media outlet’s (company’s) official letterhead bearing the full name, contact number and e-mail of the applicant, as well as the preferred method of receiving the accreditation badge (at Gazprom’s offices in Moscow or St. Petersburg). If approved, information on the time and place of accreditation badge delivery will be sent to the applicant’s e-mail. The badges will be handed out to the accredited person or a courier, provided that said courier presents a power of attorney issued on the respective organization’s letterhead.
Please be advised that the applications must be sent from the official e-mail addresses of the media outlets (companies). Accreditation via phone or fax is not allowed.
Each media outlet registered in the Russian Federation may only receive accreditation for no more than one reporter and one photographer. Accredited TV crews must not exceed three persons.
Without passports and accreditation badges, access to the EXPOFORUM on the day of the Meeting will be denied.
