A working meeting between Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee, and Viktor Karankevich, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus, took place today at St. Petersburg International Gas Forum 2024.
Particular attention at the meeting was paid to the ongoing preparation of the republic’s gas supply facilities for the autumn/winter period. At present, Gazprom is completing the implementation of the planned set of measures on the gas transmission system of Belarus. The required amounts of gas continue to be injected into underground storages as planned.
It was also noted at the meeting that the implementation of the agreements signed at the Forum regarding the cooperation of Gazprom with Belarusian industrial enterprises will make an important contribution to the social and economic development of Russia and Belarus.
