ASE EC JSC (Engineering Division of ROSATOM) has been assigned the “Acknowledged Excellence” level by the accessors of European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM).
The certificate confirming the highest (5 star) level according to the criteria of Excellence Model of European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) was awarded today by Nikolay Akatov, the leading assessor of EFQM.
Mr. Akatov pointed out that “ASE is in the front line of global business competition and is successfully maintaining this position. This induces the company to permanently improve its approaches and methods in management and create its own effective business model on the competitive market. According to Mr. Akatov, the company has passed the first preliminary stage of external assessment where it was able to demonstrate the approaches and the methods typical “for a dynamically developing business whose maturity level makes it possible to refer them to best practices”. “In particular, this concerns the Multi-D technology, the digital NPP, the agenda in the field of sustainable development, methodology and implementation of project management and some other approaches”, underlined Mr. Akatov.
Sergey Streltsov, ASE EC JSC director for quality of equipment and civil and construction works thanked the colleagues for the high recognition: “We are happy to receive this certificate today; it confirms the high management level of our company and shows us the direction for future improvement”.
The next step for ASE EC JSC will be participation in the competition for Global EFQM Excellence Award. The EFQM award has three different levels: “Pursuit of Excellence”, “Acknowledged Excellence” and EFQM Excellence Award. Only the companies who have confirmed the “Acknowledged Excellence” (5 star) level can participate in the EFQM Excellence Award competition.
