The Cooperation Agreement was signed between the State Research Center of the Russian Federation JSC “RPA “CNIITMASH” (belongs with JSC Atomenergomash, a machine-building division of ROSATOM), JSC Atomenergomash and TAPROGGE GmbH (Germany) at the venue of Atomexpo Forum on the 15th of April.
The document was signed by Victor Orlov, General Director of CNIIT-MASH, Alexander Rantsev, First Deputy CEO for Nuclear Power Industry and New Businesses of AEM and Jorg Barthelmes, Director Sales of TAPROGGE GmbH.
The Agreement deals with the cooperation of the parties in supply of ball cleaning systems (BCS) to the energy market of Russia and foreign countries. The document is aimed at joint implementation of the projects for supply of BCS equipment, water pretreatment and NPP turbine condenser closed cool-ing water make-up systems in the power market of Russia and foreign countries on the basis of TAP-ROGGE GmbH technology, and setting up of the production of individual components and equipment in the Russian Federation.
Alexander Rantsev, First Deputy CEO for Nuclear Power Industry and New Businesses of AEM said: “Consolidation of our efforts will make it possible to enlarge overall competences and offer to the partners the state-of-the-art technical solutions ensuring reliable and uninterrupted power supply to Russian and foreign consumers.”
Victor Orlov, General Director of CNIITMASH mentioned: “Implementation of projects in coopera-tion with AEM and TAPROGGE GmbH will facilitate increasing the competence of the machine-building division and acquiring the reference experience in complete BCS equipment supplies for nu-clear power plants, as well as contribute to enhancement of AEM and CNIITMASH reputation as a supplier of top-class and high-reliable equipment, product diversification and increase in revenue and order portfolio for new products”.
Whereas Jorg Barthelmes, Director Sales of TAPROGGE GmbH emphasized: “We face the future with optimism and confidence that joint solutions in the implementation of advanced technologies of all three companies will help strengthening leadership and become a guiding landmark and an example of successful cooperation in the integrated solutions market for nuclear power plants both in Russia and globally”.
