Gazprom Dobycha Orenburg has donated personal protective equipment for the ambulance teams of the Clinical Emergency Medical Service Station in the city of Orenburg.
During the ongoing pandemic, the Station handles over 1,200 ambulance calls per day, about half of which are made by the residents of Orenburg and adjacent areas, manifesting respiratory syndromes caused by, among other things, COVID-19 infection.
In the form of free aid, the company has acquired 50,000 disposable face masks, 5,000 pairs of nitrile gloves, 140 packs of all-purpose nonwoven disposable towels, almost 200 liters of hand sanitizer, 50 liters of liquid disinfectant, and 100 cases of disinfectant tablets for the Station.
“In this difficult period for all of us, we need to unite efforts because the input of everyone is important in fighting against the virus,” stressed Oleg Nikolaev, Director General of Gazprom Dobycha Orenburg.
