Yang Changli, Chairman of CGN Board of Directors, and Liu Jing, Vice Chairman of China Atomic Energy Authority, visited Rosatom’s booth. During the visit, Artem Goncharuk, Director General of the Rosatom East Asia Regional Center in Beijing, told the delegation members about the achievements of the Russian nuclear industry in creating integrated energy solutions.
“We are working with China in this area, the essential nature and significance of which is undeniable, because without the use of energy many things are simply impossible in the modern world. In this field, it is all the more important to plan and build long-term partnerships, which, with mutual respect and trust, grow into strong friendships over time. The already commissioned power units show their high efficiency, professional cooperation with Chinese partners has been established, the power units under construction are in an active stage, and all the works are proceeding as scheduled,” commented Alexey Bannik, Vice President for Projects in China and Prospective Projects of Atomstroyexport JSC.
