ROSATOM Engineering Division took part in employers’ exhibition ‘Career Start. Spring-2022’ which was held in Bauman Moscow State Technical University (MSTU). More than 35 leading Russian companies participated in the event.
The exhibition was visited by 300+ students who had a chance to exchange contact information with employers, send their CVs, as well as to pass tests and contests organized by the participating companies.
Representatives of the Engineering Division told students about the company’s projects, corporate culture, specifics of work with young specialists, important aspects of the adaptation period and potential career prospects in the employment. After presentation of the most demanded vacancies for on-the-job training, internship and employment, the candidates had a chance to fill in questionnaires for an interview with functional managers of the Division’s companies.
According to Konstantin Fokin, chief expert of Training and Development Division of ASE JSC, such events are an excellent ground for direct communication with students from one of the leading universities in the country, which trains specialists being in demand on the labor market and in Rosatom’s Engineering Division, particularly, in the field of IT.
