Teacher of choral conducting (since 1936, since 1951 – professor), head of Chair of Choral Conducting (1957-1960, since 1983). People`s Artist of the USSR, Laureate of the RSFSR State M.I. Glinka Prize and the Lenin Komsomol Prize.
