House No.12 on the right side is occupied by the Odessa Department of the State Designing and Research Institute of Marine Transport ” which designs modern ports and port complexes for the Black Sea and Azov Sea areas and also for the Danube.
On the left-hand side of the street (No.29) there is light-coloured building with balconies, this is the Seamen’s Inter-Voyage Holiday Hotel which has its own strip of beach. It is used as a holiday home for seamen and their families from other ports, and also for seamen from other towns awaiting the return of their ships to Odessa.
